Product Line
EXTREN is a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and
thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin systems. It is produced in
more than 100 standard shapes. All EXTREN shapes have a surface veil
to protect against glass fibers penetyrating the resin surface in service and
to increase corrosion and UV resistance.
EXTREN is offered in three series designed for different environments
and applications:
Strongwell has a staff of engineers experienced in the design of fiberglass
structures and systems for custom design requirements. Strongwell offers a
Design Manual to assist engineers in choosing the correct materials and
structures to facilitate the proper design of their project.
